Account Manager-Employee Benefits

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is looking for an Account Manager-Employee Benefits to join their team. The successful candidate will work with clients to implement their employee benefits strategy and service their accounts. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of Employee Benefits lines of coverage and services
• Intermediate knowledge of navigating the Internet as well as various Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
• Strong ability to multi-task and assign priorities
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently without direct supervision
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; both written and oral
• Demonstrated experience with agency management systems and HR portals
