EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is looking for a Sr. Client Services Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee benefits and strong communication skills. The role will involve servicing clients, implementing employee benefits strategies, and working with the producer or client executive to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Full knowledge of Employee Benefits lines of coverage and services
- Intermediate knowledge of navigating the Internet as well as various Microsoft Office programs
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Strong ability to multi-task and assign priorities
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently without direct supervision
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; both written and oral
- Demonstrated experience with agency management systems and HR portals
