Insurance Client Manager (P&C)

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is a rapidly growing insurance firm with over 3,000 employees nationwide. They are seeking a Commercial Client Manager to manage the full lifecycle of commercial accounts, including renewals, servicing, and policy renewals. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with clients, carriers, and internal teams. They have a strong focus on Owner mindset, trust, and data driven results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of mid-to-large commercial account management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (Sagitta, ImageRight preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
