Insurance Client Manager (P&C)

Epic Insurance Brokers & Consultants is a rapidly growing insurance firm with a focus on client service. This Commercial Client Manager role is a key position within the insurance industry, responsible for managing full-cycle accounts, including renewals, policy servicing, and client communication. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of mid-to-large commercial account management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (Sagitta, ImageRight preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
• Valid Indiana Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain.
• Advanced insurance designation required (AAI or CIC).
