Join our team as a Senior Actuarial & Analytics Consultant and serve as a strategic advisor to clients and client teams, providing actuarial and financial analysis to support employee benefits-related decision-making. This role combines actuarial expertise with strong analytic acumen to deliver innovative solutions and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
- Associateship in the Society of Actuaries (ASA) or comparable designation
- 7+ years of experience in actuarial consulting or financial analysis, preferably in the insurance/employee benefits/HR area
- Expertise with actuarial modeling tools and financial analysis software (e.g., Claros) and advanced proficiency with Excel
- Strong understanding of benefit plan design, risk management, funding methodologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks
