Two years of Locums Tenens recruiting experience is required. Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization

Three years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation campaign management, strong understanding of email and SMS platforms, and ability to analyze work and set goals

3+ years of experience in paid media, job board platforms, or digital advertising campaigns, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of UTM tagging, lead attribution, and CRM/ATS data flow

One year of experience in HR, general understanding of HR functions, and proficiency in English language required

2-5 years of sales/recruiting experience, experience recruiting for contract and direct hire opportunities, and familiarity with MS-Office Products/Suite, Applicant tracking systems, and internet-based search tools
