Requirements

• One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
• Oral Communication: Engage effectively in dialogue and fully fluent in English
• Written Communication: Effectively and accurately communicate internally and with candidates in English
• Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization
