The Head of the System Equipment Maintenance Department will be responsible for the organization and implementation of the NordBalt high-voltage direct current link and synchronous compensators' exploitation.

Requirements

• Higher engineering education
• Leadership experience for a team of an engineering profile
• Experience in organizing the operation of power energy objects
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Not lower than B2 English language level (in writing and speaking in technical language)
• Driving license (B category)
• Responsibility, orientation to results, good communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize departmental activities independently
