Job Description
Equativ, a leading independent ad platform, is seeking a Group Controller to manage and harmonize accounting and tax activities for the Group. This is a key leadership position within a dynamic environment, combining technical expertise with strategic project management. The role ensures financial reliability, compliance, and performance, contributing to the Group’s long-term value creation.
Requirements
- Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
- Supervise all local and consolidated accounting operations (under IFRS and local GAAP)
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
- Oversee tax compliance for multiple jurisdictions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 professionals
- Manage statutory and management consolidations
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting and tax processes
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS, consolidation, and international taxation
