Job Description
Kärcher is seeking a Group Controller/Group Accountant to be the key contact for corporate financial director and coordinate financial processes. The role involves shaping a sustainable financial structure, working with international finance, and developing analytical tools. The position focuses on ensuring transparency and relevance for corporate governance.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration / Economics or Economics with a focus on Accounting / Controlling / Accounting (ideally abroad)
- Long-standing professional experience in controlling in an internationally operating company
- Deep knowledge in SAP R/3 and SAP BW / BI
- Knowledge in Thinkcell and Google Slides
- Very good communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
- Strong analytical, presenting and conceptual skills
- Confident in English (fluency in German)
- Shift work and the possibility to work from home
