Job Description
As the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Legal, you will be at the forefront of driving our global growth initiatives, partnering with our Corporate Development and senior leadership teams to manage all legal aspects of Equifax’s domestic and international M&A transactions.
Requirements
- Serve as the lead legal advisor to our Global Leadership Team
- Personally draft and negotiate high-stakes, complex transaction-related documents
- Direct the legal strategy for the entire deal lifecycle
- Anticipate and advise on potential legal issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage external counsel and other third-party advisors
