Vice President, Corporate Development Leader

The Vice President, Corporate Development Leader is responsible for identifying, sourcing, structuring and leading the execution of M&A deals, joint ventures and other strategic investments. The role is highly visible with direct interactions with the CEO, CFO and Business Unit Presidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Finance)
• 10+ years of deep M&A experience gained in a comparable corporate development environment, investment banking or private equity firm
• Demonstrated success leading due diligence in a fast-paced corporate development environment
• Prior negotiation and deal structuring experience
• Proven track record of building strong pipelines
• Principal mindset and takes total deal ownership
• Strategic thinker who can partner with Market Leaders to identify various opportunities for inorganic growth
• Relationship builder with the ability to establish a dialogue with leadership team members of potential acquisition targets
• Experience successfully navigating matrix and global environments
• Senior executive presence with strong influencing, relationship management and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Exemplary verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter and team player with ability to achieve or exceed his/her objectives while working in concert with other senior leaders
