Job Description
We are looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our telephony-based Pension Administration team within our MyCSP or EQ contact centres. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK.
Requirements
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to resolve members’ telephone enquiries
- Excellent attendance and time-keeping
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
- Ability to form good working relationships
