Requirements
- 5+ years proven sales management experience in multi-location operation with large span of control
- A Sales Management or Business Development professional with 5+ years of diversified industry experience in Material Handling products
- College Degree preferred
- Basic knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products
- Proven growth and market expansion record in the industrial distribution industry
- Exceptional and Proven leadership and team building skills with proven negotiating ability
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
