Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
