Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring a Product Line Support Manager to oversee and manage the development, feedback, and strategy of service best practices related to the product line OEMs. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure other projects and product lines meet expectations and needs.
Requirements
- Lead special assignments, delegate, drive, and assign tasks
- Ensure all product line OEMs are aligning with the overall market vision and deliver maximum value on equipment reliability and servicing improvements
- Monitor feedback from the field to set overarching vision and roadmap for the product line, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring alignment on product line goals and coordinating efforts across different teams, products and service support initiatives
- Act as primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare
