We're hiring a Product Line Support Manager to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, feedback, and strategy of service best practices related to the product line OEMs. This position is fully remote.
Requirements
- Lead special assignments, delegate, drive, and assign tasks.
- Ensure all product line OEMs are aligning with the overall market vision and deliver maximum value on equipment reliability and servicing improvements.
- Monitor feedback from the field to set overarching vision and roadmap for the product line, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring alignment on product line goals and coordinating efforts across different teams, products and service support initiatives.
- Act as primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare
