EquipmentShare is hiring a Sales Development Associate in Denver, CO (South) to build the future of construction through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares. The role involves sales and customer development, operational support, and collaboration with sales and operations teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow into an outside sales role
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and technology-driven sales solutions
• Knowledge of construction equipment or rental industry is a plus
