EquipmentShare is hiring a T3 Onboarding and Education Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that deliver scalable onboarding experiences, manage content and system infrastructure, and ensure consistent alignment between training initiatives and evolving platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Manage cross-functional projects, including scoping, planning, and execution.
- Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, or internal knowledge bases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with product, support, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
- Customer- and learner-focused approach, with a passion for improving education and onboarding experiences through proactive feedback gathering and continuous content and process improvement aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, onboarding best practices, and internal training strategy, particularly in a tech or platform-driven environment.
