Regulatory Affairs Analyst (HYBRID)

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Analyst to support the company’s engagement with state insurance regulators and ensures compliance with state regulatory requirements by coordinating regulatory filings, managing market conduct examination responses, and supporting regulatory inquiries. The role serves as a key liaison between state Departments of Insurance and internal business units, helping to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic regulatory interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of professional experience in insurance, regulatory affairs, compliance, legal support, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in insurance regulatory filings, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related insurance operations role
• Proven success in handling sensitive regulatory information
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
