Job Description
We are looking for a team member to join the Dynamic Skills Lab team, responsible for developing content and curricula aligned to three pillars: leadership development, business acumen and NWOW skills. The individual will partner with stakeholders to problem-solve, design and develop measurable and impactful data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- BA / BS required
- 0-2 years of financial services, insurance or consulting experience
- 0-2 years working in an agile culture (i.e., working in sprints, iterative development, etc.)
- Grasp of Equitable business model (e.g., how Equitable makes money, different Equitable business lines and products, distribution channels, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of economics, finance, business management and statistics
