Care Coordinator Float

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Work experience in community health, social or community services, or comparable experience preferred
• Verbal and written communication skills, including high level of comfort presenting to groups
• Comfort using telephonic interpretation services required
• Ability to operate various office equipment and proficiently use common software applications for email, word processing, and data management
