Requirements
- 3+ years of proven High-Ticket-B2C-Closing success
- Average deal value > 3,000 €
- Experience in the Setter-Closer model
- Short sales cycles (max. a few weeks)
- First leadership experience with Closer or Setters - with verifiable results
- Fluency in German
- Number-affine and performance-driven
- Coaching, fitness, finance, or online business background
- Experience in emotional B2C sales
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
