Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Sales who will lead and close our Setter & Closer team in the DACH market, develop and optimize their performance, and take over closures when capacity is available.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
- Average deal value > 3,000 €
- Experience in the Setter-Closer model
- Short sales cycles (max. a few weeks)
- First leadership experience with closers or setters - with measurable results
- German on native language level
- Numbers affin and performance-driven
- Coaching-, fitness-, finance- or online business background
- Experience in emotional B2C sales
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
