REEP APPRENTICE: GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - Full Time (6 Month Position)

We are looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team at Esalen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of property management systems, and experience working with guests and staff. This is a 6-month full-time position that requires a graduate of Esalen's 3-month REEP program or a current staff member with at least three months of experience.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years Customer Service experience
• Customer Reservations experience and exceptional phone manner
• Strong communication skills and boundary setting ability
