REEP APPRENTICE: HOUSEKEEPING STEWARD - Full Time (6 Month Position)

This role plays a key part of the Esalen Lodging Experience Team, ensuring our accommodations facilitate a transformative experience for our workshop participants.

Requirements

• Graduate of Esalen's 3 month REEP program or current staff member with at least 3 months of employment
• Ability to adapt to a new work environment socially and physically
• Reliable and timely attendance
• Ability to handle 40 hours of physical labor involving lifting, bending, carrying linen stock, etc.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team and communicate kindly
