Job Description
Escape Velocity is seeking a UI Engineer with a strong foundation in Unreal Engine and game development experience. The role involves developing, implementing, and debugging UI features for a new, undisclosed project. It requires collaboration with design, animation, and audio teams and experience with modular UI systems. The position is fully remote and supportive of independent work styles.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the game industry, ideally on a shipped or in-production title
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or 5, including Blueprint and C++
- Solid proficiency in C++ and UI workflows
- Solid foundation in 3D math and runtime logic
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach
