The IT Manager will lead IT technicians and work closely with the school leadership team, teachers, and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the school's information technology infrastructure, overseeing and maintaining all aspects of its efficient and effective operation.
Requirements
- Qualification in systems & communication engineering desirable
- Experience of setting up, maintaining and developing existing and new systems
- Experience of working in an educational institution highly desirable
- CISCO Certified preferred
- Experience in supervising an ICT support team in order to provide good service to users
- Experience in creating customised solutions and applications for Data Tracking and management
- Web and app programming
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and to learn new skills
- Ability to work harmoniously as part of the team
- Ability to work and manage time effectively under pressure
- Friendly, approachable manner in relation to staff & student users
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to diagnose and solve ICT–related problems
