Job Description
IT Business Analyst responsible for making detailed business analysis, providing solutions, and guiding project implementation. Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience, and knowledge of SDLC, Figma, and diagram-making tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, and Information Technology
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
- Good analytical and detail analysis skills
- Knowledge of SDLC (waterfall and/or agile)
- Good problem-finding and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, initiative, and innovative attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the business process of insurance
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in using Figma tools for mock-up design
- Experience in using diagram-making tools (e.g., draw.io)
- Understanding and experience in the insurance field
