Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner or System Analyst role.
• Previous experience in complex IT projects (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, mobile apps, system integration).
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in documenting requirements and developing functional and technical specifications.
• Advanced use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• Familiarity with reporting solutions and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to synthesize.
