Analyst, Group Investments

ESR is seeking a driven Analyst to join their Group Investment Team. The role involves independently evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting in-depth financial modelling, and producing high-quality investment papers. The Analyst will support strategic decision making by senior management through in-depth market research, ad-hoc analysis, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate investment, real estate funds management, or real estate private equity.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university.
• Strong financial modelling skills with valuation and corporate finance knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage senior stakeholders.
