Requirements
- Lead the origination, underwriting, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across Indonesia.
- Develop and present detailed investment proposals and recommendations.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence and closing.
- Evaluate market trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, technical, and development teams.
- Drive negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents.
- Monitor fund performance and identify value creation opportunities.
- Prepare investor reporting materials.
