Investment Manager

The Investment Manager will identify, evaluate, and manage real estate investment opportunities in Indonesia, from land acquisitions to managing fund performance. This role involves financial analysis, market research, and collaboration with senior management to develop investment strategies. The role requires close interaction with legal, tax, and other teams.

Requirements

• Lead the origination, underwriting, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across Indonesia.
• Develop and present detailed investment proposals and recommendations.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence and closing.
• Evaluate market trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, technical, and development teams.
• Drive negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents.
• Monitor fund performance and identify value creation opportunities.
• Prepare investor reporting materials.
