Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project admin team with data entry, billing, and coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. It involves assisting with administrative tasks such as time-off requests and safety reports.
Requirements
- Input and update project data
- Process documents and complete billing tasks
- Assist with time-off requests, safety reports, and general administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Adaptable, strong communicator, and a good problem solver
- Ability to work in the San Carlos office M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
