Job Description
EsselEnvironmental is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a Commercial/Residential construction project in the Sacramento area. The role involves managing all aspects of construction, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing leadership to on-site teams. Candidates should have experience with Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore and excellent understanding of contract and blueprint reading.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of construction projects.
- Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and provide guidance to construction teams.
- Oversee contract administration and budget management.
