Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a talented and effective Associate Director of Operations to oversee programmatic operations for the BAHN Lead Health Home's Care Management Agency. The role involves providing oversight, ensuring quality service delivery, and optimizing operations to improve patient outcomes. This position requires a strong understanding of health care, management, and team leadership. The organization is the largest privately held multispecialty medical group in the Bronx.
