Associate Director of Operations (Healthcare)

Essen Health Care is seeking a talented and effective Associate Director of Operations to oversee a new chronic care program serving underserved patient populations. This role involves processing invoices, reviewing accounts payable, managing vendor payments, and performing other administrative and operational tasks. The position reports to the Director of Operations and contributes to value-based programs and population health initiatives.

Requirements

• Processing of invoices for multiple locations
• Reviewing invoices for proper authorization before payment
• Code all invoices with correct subsidiary, location and general ledger account
• Oversee internal approval process and timely processing of invoices
• Prepare and process check run for payables
• Process ACH payments
• Review vendor bills and perform vendor maintenance
• Coordinate year-end 1099 reconciliation and processing
• Understand prepaid expenses and accruals
• File vendor invoices
• Strong Problem Solving and Judgment
