Job Description
The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing outreach strategies to connect underserved communities with our House Call Services. This role will focus on raising awareness of the program, building relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local leaders, and ensuring that the program meets the needs of individuals who would benefit from in-home care but lack access to traditional healthcare settings.
Requirements
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in community outreach, public health, or social services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as familiarity with CRM tools or case management software
