Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to join their client's team in the Bronx community. The role focuses on driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships with both providers and healthcare organizations, and expanding the company's presence within the outpatient health industry. This includes promoting both Primary and Transition of Care programs to Nursing Homes and Hospitals.
Requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Work with business leaders to review and grow the organization’s business strategy.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Draft proposal narratives and build relationships with executive-level healthcare individuals.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities within the business office.
- Prepare business plans and budgets for presentation.
