Enrollment Manager

The Enrollment Team Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and operational excellence of the Intention Healthcare Call Center's enrollment and census generation efforts. They will oversee the patient enrollment team for Intention Healthcare, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient enrollment of patients into our programs.

Requirements

• Accountable for achieving monthly and annual patient census targets
• Lead, mentor, and develop the enrollment team to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• Verify patient eligibility, insurance coverage, and required documentation
• Collaborate with care teams, operations, and clinical staff to streamline enrollment and improve patient access
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and payer requirements related to patient enrollment
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and performance tracking tools for the enrollment team
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, staff productivity, and overall census generation
