Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Onboarding Specialist to serve as the key outreach and administrative support professional within the Talent & Acquisition department. This role focuses on facilitating the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing technical assistance to new employees. Essen Health Care is a large, comprehensive private medical group dedicated to providing high-quality care to vulnerable residents of New York State.
Requirements
- Assist new employees with policies, duties, and paperwork.
