Sourcing Recruiter to help EST build a strong pipeline of talent, driving applicant flow, proactive sourcing, and candidate engagement across all requisitions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and outreach
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and complex scheduling
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ATS/CTS platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to recruit across diverse skill sets (Accounting, Sales, Industrial Technicians, HVAC Technicians, etc.)
- Strong customer orientation and team-player mindset
- Self-motivated, personable, dependable, and willing to learn new tasks
- Driver’s license and excellent driving record required
- Occasional travel may be required
