Power Mechanic Level A

This full-time position is for a Power Mechanic (Level A) responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel engines, trucks and/or forklifts. The role involves inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires physical ability to perform heavy lifting and handling of mechanical and electronic components.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent education
• 1+ year of experience or completion of trade school
• Valid CDL and MVR (if driving on public roads)
• Knowledge of general repairs and PM criteria
• Ability to use hand tools and test equipment
• Physical ability to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of heavy truck repairs in a commercial environment.
• Possess mechanical ability and interest of engines, electronics and precision equipment.
