High school diploma or GED with equivalent experience, 21+ years, and a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License are required. Hazmat and tanker endorsements are desired

Bachelor's degree/experience. 7+ years in industrial property management. Strong read/write, logical reasoning and communication skills.
Trailer Mechanic Level C
High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 1+ year experience or trade school completion. Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift 70 lbs
Sr. Manager, Leased Property
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years managing others. 5+ years of property/real estate due diligence. Strong MS Office skills
Trailer Mechanic Level C
High school diploma or equivalent is required. 1+ years of experience in a related trade. Valid CDL and MVR required
Power Mechanic Level B
High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 1+ year experience or trade school completion. CDL & FMCSA registration required. Mechanical ability for heavy truck repair
Power Mechanic Level B
High school diploma or GED. 1+ year experience. CDL and MVR required if operating on public roads
Trailer Mechanic Level C
High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 1+ years of experience. Valid CDL & MVR (for public road use). Mechanical ability & eagerness for electronics/precision equipment
Trailer Mechanic Level C
High school diploma/GED required. 1+ year exp, trade school or equivalent. Must be able to use hand tools and perform repairs
Team Drivers (Fully Endorsed)
High school diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL required. HAZMAT, Tanker, Doubles and LCV endorsements needed. Ability to perform safe operation of tractor/trailer and operate all safety equipment
