Job Description
This full-time position is for a Power Mechanic Level B responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance of diesel engines, trucks, and forklifts. The role involves inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and ensuring equipment meets safety standards. Must have a valid CDL and MVR, along with strong mechanical skills and knowledge of diesel engines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience, trade school completion, or equivalent combination.
- Ability to use hand tools and test equipment.
- Valid CDL and MVR (if driving on public roads).
- Knowledge of general repairs and PM criteria.
- Proficiency with heavy truck repairs (diesel engine diagnostics).
