Power Mechanic Level C

Estes is hiring a Power Mechanic Level C to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, and forklifts. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment, as well as performing safety inspections and preparing safety documents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
• Minimum of one-year experience and/or completion of trade school
• Ability to use hand tools and test equipment
• Possession of a valid CDL and acceptable MVR if driving on public roads
• Registration with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse if a CDL holder
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Self-starting and organized
• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team setting or independently
• Ability to work under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment
