Trailer Mechanic Level C

Estes is hiring for Trailer Mechanics to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, safety inspections, and preparing documents for regulatory compliance. The position requires a commitment to safety and a willingness to perform all duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education
• Minimum one year of experience or completion of trade school
• Valid CDL and MVR required
• Must be 17+ years of age
• Ability to use hand tools and test equipment
• Mechanical ability and interest of electronics and precision equipment
• Ability to work long shifts, including nights and weekends, and any weather
• Physical ability to perform lifting, standing, and working in awkward positions
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn
