Job Description
Etched is seeking a Design Infrastructure Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves building and maintaining the infrastructure for designing electronic and mechanical components, ensuring efficient process delivery. Key responsibilities include managing ECAD and MCAD work flows, establishing company standards, and collaborating with product lifecycle tools. The company focuses on building AI chips optimized for individual model architectures.
Requirements
- Experience with Cadence Allegro or similar ECAD tools.
- Experience with PLM systems and BOM management.
- Knowledge of ECAD/MCAD integration workflows.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC, IPC, and their application in design libraries.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar task management systems.
- Strong skills in library standardization, quality control, and design release management.
- Experience administering ECAD/AD tools, including user support, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
