Associate Electrical Engineer (Management Role)

As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will work on various projects across EMEA and be a key member of the Ethos management team. You will collaborate with team members to uphold high design standards and make technical judgements daily in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Honours degree - Chartered an advantage but not essential
• 10+ years recognised expert within the sector electrical engineering and data centres or industrial/high-tech and commercial
• 3+ years' experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams
• 3+ years' project management experience, overseeing electrical and mechanical engineering projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organisation
• Drive for continuous innovation and adoption of emerging technologies
• Champion excellence in the Ethos design process and engineering techniques
