As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will work on various projects across EMEA, be a key member of the Ethos management team, and have a hybrid remote arrangement in Ireland. The role requires a chartered honours degree in mechanical engineering, 10+ years of experience in the sector, and 3+ years of people management and project management experience.
Requirements
- Honours degree in mechanical engineering (Chartered a plus)
- 10+ years recognised expert within the sector (mechanical engineering and data centres or industrial/high-tech and commercial)
- 3+ years' experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams
- 3+ years' project management experience, overseeing both electrical and mechanical engineering projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organisation
- Drive for continuous innovation and adoption of emerging technologies
- Champion excellence in the Ethos design process and engineering techniques
