Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will provide direct HR support to site staff, including HR escalations, compliance, employee relations, and disciplinary meetings. This role involves maintaining hospital standards and ensuring adherence to legal requirements. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws is crucial.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Field HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects
- Strong relationship-building skills
